you an experienced home health RN ready to step into a leadership

Clinical Supervisor to support and guide our clinical team while
helping shape how care is delivered across Southwest Missouri. At

You’ll Do: • Provide clinical oversight to ensure safe, high
quality, and compliant patient care • Support and mentor field
clinicians through guidance, education, and case collaboration •
Promote accurate documentation and adherence to home health
regulations, including OASIS • Collaborate with physicians,
families, and interdisciplinary team members • Assist with direct
patient care as needed and participate in on call rotation What
We’re Looking For: • Active RN license in Missouri, in good
standing • Minimum of one year of home health case management
experience • OASIS experience required • Prior leadership or
supervisory experience preferred • Strong clinical judgment,
communication, and organizational skills • Comfort with EMR systems
and ability to travel locally Salary Range: $72,000 to $75,000
