Serving both as a care provider and a team leader, the nurse collaborates across disciplines to ensure high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide skilled nursing interventions following physician-authorized care plans and evidence-based practices. Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, therapeutic treatments, patient education, and assistance with mobility and safety. Evaluate and contribute to the ongoing development of individualized treatment plans, ensuring adjustments are based on patient responses and clinical data. Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and institutional policies to uphold standards of care and patient safety.
