Start Date: ASAP About the Position Primary Care Medicine in
Southwest Georgia Here's an opportunity to practice outpatient
internal medicine in a setting designed for balance, stability, and
long-term growth. Located in Leesburg, just minutes from Albany,
this role offers flexible scheduling, a growing clinic footprint,
and the support of a collegial team within a respected regional

Practice Details Outpatient-only, hospital-employed role with no
inpatient responsibilities Multiple practice locations to choose
from! Join a team of physicians and NPs with full support staff and
an experienced practice manager Expanding clinic with 12 new exam
rooms and an additional procedure room underway On-site
diagnostics, including x-ray, lab draw area with same-day results,
and minor procedures Schedule Standard 4-day workweek, 8:00 am-5:00
pm, with one late clinic weekly No weekend responsibilities
Clinic-only call, low volume, rotating every 6 weeks Patient volume
goal of 20-24 per day with structured appointment times
Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary with additional
quality and productivity incentives Sign-on bonus, relocation
assistance, and first-year living allowance 27 days of PTO plus CME
allowance and dedicated CME time Full benefits including medical,

Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Open to new graduates and experienced physicians U.S.-trained or
foreign medical graduates with completed U.S. residency Comfort
with full-scope primary care; geriatrics experience a plus About
