Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Albany, Georgia,
31701! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered
Nurse) Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 17 weeks Shift: 12
Hours Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum
2 years of experience License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS,
ASLS, NIHSS Must-Have: C-section experience required Must be
flexible with changing assignments during the shift Description:
Strict 75-mile radius rule applies. Candidates must have 2 years of
experience and 1 travel assignment or 4 years of experience without
travel. An interview with a Medical Solutions RN will be conducted.
The notes and profile are sent for client confirmation within 20
minutes. There is no second interview. The facility is a 483-bed
main campus with a 124-bed north campus. Typical nurse-to-patient
ratio is 1:6. CNA support is available with a ratio of 1:8
generally, 1:10, including 1:1 pulling and sitters. Every other
weekend is required. On-call is low census. Holidays rotate with
permanent staff. Scrub color is Caribbean Blue. Monitored telemetry
is present in different units. BIPAP and CPAP are available but
used only at night. The facility has an in-house OB/neonatologist.
There is no dedicated IV team, but a PICC team is available 24/7.
Pharmacy services are available 24/7. Shifts begin at 0645 for 12
hours. Floating to various units is required. Floor-specific
orientation will be provided. Common diagnoses and types of
patients will include a variety from different care areas. 5
