patient census of 1-3 clients, as your schedule allows Develops the
plan of care/treatment Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive
assessments Provides interventions and therapeutic treatments M
inimum Education & Experience Requirements: Current FL licensure as
a physical therapist In the last five (5) years, two (2) years of
experience as a physical therapist Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required: Proof of current CPR certification Able to visually and
aurally observe and assess the patient. Able to effectively deal
with changes based on patient needs and scheduling. Working
Conditions & Physical Effort: Leon, Gadsden, or Wakulla county -
your choice Work is performed in a client's residence Physical
activity up to 50 lbs.
