Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of
Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Rehab department. This role is
pivotal in delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing
rehabilitation and ensuring their journey to recovery is conducted
in a compassionate and effective environment. As a member of our
dedicated team of healthcare professionals, you'll play a direct
role in improving the quality of life for our patients while
aligning with our core values of dedication, compassion, and
professionalism in a supportive work environment. Assess patient
condition, plan and implement patient care plans Assist patients in
performing activities of daily living Collaborate with the
rehabilitation team to optimize patient care and recovery
Administer medications and maintain records of the patients'
treatment Educate patients and their families on treatment plans
and preventative care Monitor and report changes in patient
symptoms or behavior Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation
Knowledge of treatment methodologies for a variety of injuries and
illnesses Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
electronic health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse
license valid in the state of employment BLS/ACLS Certification
Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred but not
required
