HCA Healthcare is seeking a qualified Telephone Triage Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team to provide exceptional nursing care in a telehealth setting. This role involves handling patient calls, assessing medical needs, and offering appropriate advice and care recommendations without direct patient contact. The ideal candidate will utilize their clinical expertise to evaluate patient symptoms and guide them to the appropriate level of care, promoting excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction. Answer incoming patient calls and assess medical concerns. Apply strong clinical judgment to offer appropriate telephonic advice. Document all caller interactions accurately and concisely. Follow clinical protocols and maintain privacy and confidentiality. Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care as necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical judgment Proficiency in electronic health record systems Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
