dedicated dietitians and cohesive team. Your Role: Perform
Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions Deliver
Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with CMS and AHCA
standards Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals,
post-hospitalizations, and significant changes Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings Conduct
audits (kitchen, supplements, dining) and lead QAPI initiatives
Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu
implementation Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR
systems and NFPE practices Qualifications: Florida-licensed
Registered Dietitian (or RD-Eligible with verification) Experience
in long-term care preferred Team-oriented with strong communication
and documentation skills Passionate about patient-centered,
evidence-based care Job Type: Full-time Medical Specialty:
Dietetics Geriatrics Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to
