Requirements: Board Certified or eligible in Pain Medicine, DEA,
BLS, ACLS License Requirements: New York license or willingness to
obtain Setting: Multidisciplinary pain management clinic Schedule:
Monday – Friday, hours to be discussed Clinical Responsibilities:
Interventional procedures Non-interventional pain management
