Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse
Coordinator for our Orthopedics department to enhance our
high-quality patient care services. In this pivotal role, you will
coordinate and oversee all aspects of nursing activities within the
Orthopedics unit. You will ensure that patient care is delivered
effectively, efficiently, and according to established standards,
collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare team
members to facilitate optimum treatment and recovery for patients.
Coordinate patient care within the Orthopedics unit, working with
healthcare staff to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. Supervise
and mentor nursing staff, ensuring adherence to established
policies and the highest standards of patient care. Assist in the
development and implementation of care plans and patient
assessments. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans in
consultation with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare
professionals. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
and standards. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to
discuss patient treatments and improvements in care delivery.
Advanced knowledge of orthopedic nursing practices and protocols.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively
under pressure and make informed decisions. Proficient in using
medical software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certified Orthopaedic Nurse (ONC)
preferred.
