Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a leader in medical services, seeks a dedicated
Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Medical Surgical Oncology
department. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient
care while managing nursing operations. You will supervise staff,
coordinate patient care, and ensure adherence to hospital policies.
This position requires deep knowledge in oncology, surgical care,
and management skills to facilitate high-quality and efficient
patient care. Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality
patient care Manage patient flow and coordinate with different
departments Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
standards Develop and implement nursing care plans Participate in
the evaluation and continuous improvement of patient care
Administer treatments and medications as per the oncological and
surgical requirements of patients Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in medical software and electronic health records
Deep knowledge of oncology nursing care Ability to work under
pressure in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Oncology
Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
