Job Description:
As an ER Float Registered Nurse at HCA Healthcare, you will play
a critical role in providing high-quality emergency care across
various locations in our expansive network. You'll adapt to
different ER settings, ensuring consistent and excellent patient
care regardless of location. This position requires flexibility,
swift decision-making abilities, and a strong commitment to the
values and mission of HCA Healthcare. Provide comprehensive
emergency medical care to a diverse patient population. Adjust
quickly to the varying practices and protocols of different ERs
within the network. Work collaboratively with ER teams to maintain
continuity and quality of care. Engage in continuous education to
remain proficient in diverse healthcare environments. Document
patient care services accurately and comprehensively. Strong
clinical skills in emergency care Ability to work effectively in
various healthcare settings Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in medical software and
documentation tools Capability to respond quickly and effectively
under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
