Job Description:

As a Women's Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coordinator at HCA Healthcare, you will take a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional care for our patients in the women's medical-surgical unit. You will facilitate efficient operations within the unit, coordinate nursing staff, and implement patient care standards in alignment with our deep commitment to care and improvement of human life. Supervise and organize the nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Coordinate patient care, communicating closely with other healthcare professionals. Assist with the development and implementation of protocols and standards. Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory and hospital mandates. Participate in departmental staff meetings, planning, and educational sessions. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in EHR systems and tech-savvy Ability to handle high-stress environments Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS Certified Certification in Nursing Leadership (e.g., CNML) preferred
