Job Description:

Intensive Care Unit (CSICU). In this role, you will be pivotal in
delivering expert care to critically ill patients who have
undergone complex cardiovascular surgeries. With cutting-edge

nursing care in a diverse healthcare environment. Monitor patient
condition, assess and interpret findings, initiate appropriate
interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Operate medical equipment and monitor heart function. Work
collaboratively with surgeons, cardiologists, and other CSICU team
members. Educate patients and their families on disease processes,
medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic
regimens. Participate in research and implement new methods of
treatment. Proficient in CSICU clinical skills Strong ability to
work as a team member High competency in patient assessment and
emergency response Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

401k Current Registered Nurse license valid in the state of
employment. BLS Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) Certification Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN)
preferred but not required.
