Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Albany, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,726 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 17 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Albany, Georgia, 31701! Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab RN Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 17 weeks Shift: 10-Hour Days Hours per Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Experience: 2 years in specialty License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - 2 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnover - Experience with diagnostic and interventional lab procedures - Balloon pump experience Description: The position requires circulating in the cardiac cath lab. The lab has four suites, including two cath labs, one IR lab, and one EP lab. On average, there are 15-20 cases per day. The system used for electronic medical records is Meditech, and GE maclabs are used for recording. RNs and techs will take call duties, which require a response time of 30 minutes. There is a call requirement of 1-2 days a week and every fourth weekend. Holidays will also require call coverage, with shifts rotating among staff members. Floating between departments is not required. RNs will receive a rotating day off and can enjoy a four-day weekend every fifth weekend. Techs will have a designated set day off each week.
