This position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate PRN (pro re nata) work hours, aligning with the pressing needs of our facilities. Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the orthopedic unit Assist in surgical procedures and oversee recovery Administer medications, manage pain, and monitor patient progress Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on post-procedure care and rehabilitation Strong orthopedic care knowledge Ability to operate medical equipment Proficient in pain management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS Certification Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC) preferred
