Healthcare as a PRN Emergency Room Registered Nurse, where you will

unique opportunity to work across nearly 2,000 sites of care,
including some of the nation's top hospitals and medical
facilities. As a PRN nurse, you will have the flexibility to cover
shifts according to your availability, providing coverage during
peak times, staff shortages, or other critical periods. This role
is ideal for those who excel in fast-paced situations and are
committed to improving patient outcomes. Provide direct nursing
care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and
protocols of the healthcare organization. Perform comprehensive
patient assessments and prioritize data based on the severity of
the patient's condition, documenting all findings. Administer
prescribed medications, report any adverse reactions to medications
or treatments, and monitor patient progress effectively.
Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and
other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of
coordinated care. Maintain up-to-date patient records and
participate in educational programs to continuously develop skills
and knowledge. Respond to and prioritize patient needs quickly and
effectively in emergency situations. Support patient safety
initiatives and comply with all infection control standards. Strong
clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to work under
pressure in emergency situations Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification beneficial
