THe Milford HR Manager supports the plant team in most of the HR related matters.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement people strategies and solutions that support business-specific objectives
* Lead initiatives that support collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity
* Advocate and champion the service delivery model within the business
* Mitigate organizational people risk and increase HR process adherence

Key activities

* Oversee effective adoption of HR processes, policies, and procedure
* Aplly Talent and C&B processes developed by COEs
* Interpret and Apply Workforce Analytics & Insights
* Identyfy and help addressing climate issues toPeople/ Employee Engagement.
* Local projects to ensure Diversity & Inclusion
* Succession and Talent Planning for local team
* White and blue colar recruitment
* Performance Management advise
* Union interface
* HR Compliance
* Controls headcount
* Executes compensation analysis for local team


* Key interface for payroll / HROps


* Discuss and implement people moves
