Highlights Compensation: $500K-$550K guaranteed; partners earn $845K-$1.6M annually plus $339K ASC distributions. Schedule: 4-5 days per week with half-day Fridays; call only 2 nights per month and 2 weekends per year. Support: Two NPs per physician for scribing, administrative, and patient care support, plus experienced nurses and techs. Facilities: ASC ownership with in-house endoscopy, pathology, anesthesia, infusion, and radiology. Partnership: Track in 1-2 years with a sweat-equity model and $10K buy-in.
