New Position: Technical Product Support
SpecialistQualifications: Education: Associate's or Bachelor's
Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer
Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent
work experience.Experience:1. Experience with ArcGIS for Desktop
and Extensions.2. Experience with ArcGIS Online.3. Experience with
ArcGIS Pro.4. Experience with map production.5. Experience with
writing technical documentation.6. Experience with customer
service.Job Specific Skills, Knolwledge and Abilities (KSA)1.
Knowledge of GIS concepts.2. Knowledge of ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS
Pro and ArcGIS Online.3. Skill in fulfilling production requests
and setting production priorities.4. Ability to create geographic
maps using GIS software.5. Ability to perform photo-interpretation
of aerial imagery to identify cultural and physical features.6.
Ability to work with the department GIS standards and best
