Technical Support Specialist (Bi-lingual Spanish)

Job Description:

BioTrack, a Forian Inc. company, develops cutting-edge seed-to-sale tracking technology for the emerging cannabis industry. Our goal as a seed-to-sale software provider is to bring cannabis out of prohibition by proving that the industry can operate safely and with accountability.

Position Summary:
We are looking for talented and high energy Technical Support Specialists to join our dedicated and growing team to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. You will be supporting end users during troubleshooting activities as well as interacting directly with operating systems, hardware, and software offerings.

Core Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support to clients leveraging our technology throughout the seed-to-sale lifecycle (e.g. harvesting plants, converting inventory, wholesale transfers)
Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
Utilize ticketing system (Salesforce) to monitor, escalate, and assist with customer issues
Troubleshoot customer issues encountered while using the software and provide actionable tips to resolve problems
Collaborate with team members and industry experts to resolve complex problems
Document detailed notes on each account that is managed
Apply customer service and dispute resolution skills, quickly developing client relationships

Qualifications:
Technical support experience / customer interfacing experience
Must be bi-lingual Spanish
Based near Ft Lauderdale, Florida (This role is hybrid--at times remote, at times in Ft Lauderdale office)
Hardware experience (label printers, receipt printers, scales, and scanners), preferred
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Associates Degree with two years equivalent related experience preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven phone and email abilities required.
Interpersonal skills
Salesforce experience a plus
Case Management experience a plus
Ability to keep track of workload, tasks, and timelines
