Executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and
efficient manner. Core Responsibilities and Tasks Creates and
maintains safe working environment and cultures within the
organization Takes care of company property Trouble shoots systems
for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions Identify and remedy
safety issues --- both Company and Customer owned equipment Direct
interfacing with customer Potentially at multiple sites with
multiple technologies Organization Impact First line of technical
service support Customer facing High utilization Accountable to
customer for operation and repair of the system Position
Requirements Required FORMAL EDUCATION: HS diploma or equivalent
Required KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Ability to obtain TWIC card One
year of work experience preferred 0-2 years technical experience
Experience with Microsoft office including smart devices Must have
customer service experience Demonstrates critical thinking and
trouble shooting ability Able to pass a credit check Able to obtain
a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements Driving
Requirements Able to operate a company vehicle Able to pass driver
requirements which include: Driver Application for Employment
Driver Disclosure and Release Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol
Statement FMCSA Certificate of Awareness Driver Certificate of
Violations Driver Statement of On Duty Hours Road Test Copy of
Driver---s License (Front and Back) Copy of Medical Certificate
Additional Details Additional Dimensions To Consider Must be able
to function in a team environment Usually works with direct
supervision but can work independently if needed TRAVEL
