Job DescriptionAs a Technical Program Manager for Assembly Materials (AMO), you will manage the execution of supply chain strategies for the next generation of materials within the Global Supply Chain (GSC) for advanced packaging. You will drive the first expansion of fab material supply chains into wafer and package level assembly areas - lithography materials, solvents, bulk chemicals, formulated cleans, CMP, slurries, chemicals, consumables, and plating chemicals.The successful candidate will ensure that Intel's AMO supply chain is enabled both short and long-term to meet technical requirements, operational expectations, and Intel's cost, quality, availability, and technology growth standards.

  • This role will involve hands-on experience to assist the team with strategy execution, systems management, and maintenance as well as enabling operational excellence and delivering on long-term plans and business improvement processes.
  • Drive market intelligence visibility on the advance packaging material market, help understand the trends in the industry and work across the team to develop, drive and execute a material strategy.
  • Connecting a diverse set of teams to achieve a common outcome - process module and materials technology development teams, and assembly equipment, assembly material, and fab material sourcing teams.
  • Drive collaboration across many organizations and teams' methodologies to create the optimal business processes including material and supplier selections.
  • Connecting a diverse set of teams to achieve a common outcome - process module and materials technology.
  • Develop expertise on a diverse set of material and equipment suppliers and supply chain, and apply the knowledge to strategy advancement.
  • Using and role modeling effective project management tools manage complex deliverables, interdependencies and timelines.
  • This position requires a rigorous degree of program management coordination across environmental teams, Intel Technology Development, Corporate Quality Network, Supply Chain, Finance, and others.
  • Overall Materials Risk assessments and supply chain readiness for pathfinding and new development programs.
  • Benchmarking of materials supply chain in the ecosystem (Cost, Quality, Capacity, and mfg Technology).
  • Collaborate with TD, Equipment teams, Finance, and factories to lead the overall execution of the project.
  • Understanding of how to work within a rapidly changing and dynamic environment to set a direction,
  • Help guide and manage internal and external teams' execution
  • Influence direction and development of program schedules
  • Leadership skills (listening, empathy, speaking up with context, collaborator, influencing).
  • Teamwork and collaboration with multiple stakeholders with a customer service and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Deal with high levels of ambiguity.QualificationsYou must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:
    • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or related field with 6+ years, or Masters with 4+ years, or PhD with 6+ years, of experience.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Project/program management skills, and skills to manage multiple projects including cross functional stakeholders, senior engineers and managers, schedule, budget management, risk and change management.
      • Demonstrated experience to influence change at all levels of the organization and geos.
      • Competitive Analysis and Roadmap development experience.
