Technical Architect to provide architecture guidance,
recommendations & leadership to key IT and business stakeholders,
as well as provide mentorship to consultants that are implementing
or upgrading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
applications, Azure, Power Platform, and add-on products.This
position is available on a **REMOTE** basis in the United States or
**REMOTE** in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New
Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward
Island, Saskatchewan).**A Day in the Life**+ The Technical
Architect will be responsible for the overall technical
architecture of the solution that includes high- and low-level
designs, data modeling, data integration, data migration, tool
configuration and customizations.+ Collaborate with business users
and stake holders through design and implementation, including
needs, analysis and system requirements.+ Leading technical design
and architecture sessions with clients and project team to gather
and document project requirements for integrations, migrations,
reporting and customizations.+ Advising clients on best practices
for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) development,
integration, and migration processes.+ Work with IT Partners of
clients to design, configure, test, and deploy changes considering
their security, performance, and scalability requirements.+ Focus
on the evaluation, design, customization, and optimization of
Digital and Cloud based solutions.+ Writing technical
specifications for planned work and estimating effort required.+
Writing work orders with attaching the technical specs for offshore
development team, facilitating the completion, testing, and
deployment of the developed work.+ Assisting with technical
pre-sales efforts as needed.+ Providing technical oversight across
multiple projects.+ Leading development efforts that may involve
multiple internal, client and third-part resources.+ Perform code
reviews and ensure best practices are being adhered to by
development team on engagements.+ Build POCs to analyze ambiguous
technical customer situations and to determine appropriate
solutions as necessary.+ Provide mentoring and leadership to less
experienced developers in projects as needed**Preferred
Qualifications**+ 8+ years of software development experience.+ 5-6
Years leading Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O)
implementations in an architect role.+ Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science or related field.+ Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.+ Experience in the Azure stack.+ Experience
in Power Platform.+ MS Dynamics Certification.+ Firm understanding
of C#, SQL and X++.+ Ability to present to technical, non-technical
and executive level individuals.+ Exceptional problem-solving
skills.+ Experience working on enterprise clients.+ Ability to
communicate effectively in both spoken and written English**Travel
