Job Description:

A company is looking for a Product Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure the Expert platform based on customer requirements and assist in developing customizations
Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements, document them, and provide technical information
Review and work on technical support cases from customers until resolution

Required Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in troubleshooting and debugging the Expert Application
Excellent knowledge of HTTP requests and modern authentication standards (oAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM)
Deep understanding of SSO patterns, browser security, HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript
Ability to read API documentation and implement proof of concepts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a high-level environment
