Technical Customer Success Advocate

A company is looking for a Product Customer Success Manager.
Configure the Expert platform based on customer requirements and
assist in developing customizations
Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements,
document them, and provide technical information
Review and work on technical support cases from customers until
4-6 years of experience in troubleshooting and debugging the Expert
Excellent knowledge of HTTP requests and modern authentication
standards (oAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM)
Deep understanding of SSO patterns, browser security, HTML, CSS,
Ability to read API documentation and implement proof of
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a high-level
