Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers, Business Analysts,
Quality Assurance, Systems Analysts, and Product Owner
Manage team collaboration with stakeholders to define project
scope, requirements, and timelines
Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains within
the software development lifecycle
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or relative work
experience
Expert knowledge in application development methodologies, tools,
and techniques
Proven success with problem analysis and resolution with a
continuous improvement mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a
software engineering team
