Job SummaryThe ASG Sr. Solutions Architect - Services Presales plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the professional services team. If you join our team, you'll enjoy:Our commitment to diversity, as the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S.Continuous professional growth and leadership opportunities.Health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family.World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive - in our offices or yours.Responsibilitiesinclude, but not limited to:Lead the development of SOWs, working closely with various teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectivesDrive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offeringsCollaborate with SHI Stakeholder partner teams to create synergistic service solutionsEngage with SHI sales teams, including front line sellers and customer success managers, to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagementContribute to practice development by identifying areas for growth and leading innovation initiativesCreate and maintain practice standards and practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retentionDemonstrate deep expertise in the Service Delivery in a range of technology areasProvide thought leadership and guidance to clients and SHI teams on best practices, trends, and innovations in technologyQualificationsCompleted Bachelor's, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of technical experience with increasing responsibilityMinimum 10 years' experience designing implementing and integrating technology solutionsMinimum 10 years' experience working with and migrating technology solutionsMinimum 10 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deploymentRequired SkillsProven experience in a similar role, with a focus on service delivery and revenue growth in Professional ServicesStrong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated deep technical expertise of multiple technologies areas, including Microsoft 365, Virtualization, Datacenter, Networking, or SecurityAbility to analyze customer requirements and design solutions that meet their business objectives and budget constraintsExtensive experience in developing SOWs and driving revenue growth in professional servicesUnique RequirementsTravel to internal meetings as needed, up to 10%Additional InformationThe estimated annual pay range for this position is $160,000 - $250,000 which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
