This position is primarily remote. Candidates must reside in South Florida and be available for occasional in-person meetings, hearings, or proceedings. To stay aligned, our legal team meets daily via Zoom to coordinate priorities and workflow. We offer: Base salary: $120k - $160k Bonus: Generous, performance-based, and reflective of your time with the firm, quality of work, time management, and case outcomes. Benefits: Packages for lawyers are $12,686 to $23,524/year (health insurance, 401(k), long term disability plan (LTD), dues and subscriptions to The Florida Bar and other bar associations, seminars, webinars, maternity/paternity leave. Range depends on pension plan contributions and bar dues which depend on the number of years out of school and number of years with the firm and earnings.
