Stamping Operations Location: Geneva Plant Schedule: Full-Time, 40
hours/week (MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM) Pay:$17-$20 an hour
Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production
Technician to join our manufacturing team at our Geneva facility.
This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and
maintaining progressive stamping machines, including a Komatsu
400-ton and a Niagara 250-ton press. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience with die setup, repair, and maintenance, as
well as safe forklift operation for material and die handling. Key
Responsibilities * Set up and adjust dies for Komatsu 400-ton and
Niagara 250-ton progressive stamping presses. * Inspect,
troubleshoot, and repair dies as needed to maintain production
efficiency. * Fabricate or assist in creating new dies when
existing ones wear out or break. * Operate a forklift to move dies
and materials safely within the facility. * Ensure all setup and
production activities comply with company safety and quality
standards. * Work collaboratively with the production and
maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize workflow.
Qualifications * Experience in die setup and progressive stamping
operations required. * Familiarity with Komatsu and/or Niagara
stamping presses strongly preferred. * Ability to repair and
fabricate dies using standard shop tools and equipment. * Forklift
certification or willingness to obtain certification required. *
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. *
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a
