Job Description Job Description Mancan in partnership with a Middlefield facility is in need of a 1st shift Assembler. Job Title: Sequencer/Assembler 1st Shift Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM Pay Rate:$17.50 per hour Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sequencer/Assembler to join our 1st shift warehouse team. This role is responsible for retrieving materials, reading bar-coded labels, organizing items in the proper build sequence, labeling them, and delivering assembled components to designated areasall while supporting a smooth and efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately retrieve materials from staging areas using bar-coded labels * Assemble components into the correct build sequence and place them in designated containers or carts (goal: 100 pieces/hour) * Move materials from staging areas into sequencing locations * Label individual items during the assembly process * Deliver sequenced materials to the appropriate stations or carts * Work cooperatively in a respectful, fast-paced team environment * Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow all safety procedures, including wearing required PPE (safety shoes and glasses) * Participate in cross-training and rotate through various tasks as needed Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse or production setting * Able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly during a 10-hour shift * Capable of standing, walking, bending, squatting, and reaching throughout the shift * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sequencing and labeling instructions * Good communication and teamwork skills Mancan Temporary Staffing Employment Agency offers our temporary employees full benefits such as paid vacation, holidays, 401K, as well as vision, dental, and medical.
