Description: 1st / 2nd / 3rd ShiftMonday- Friday(2-15 minute breaks) - due to production needs, could be required to work weekends, must have availability to stay later than assigned shift as well as weekends.- Will be working on the production floor within the build and testing area. - Manually assemble/check fulcrum arms, clips, balls and bolts on a fulcrum block.- Test/check Fulcrum assembly for proper assembly/operation and pack in proper dunnage.- Proper dispersion of all rejects/scrap and submission of scrap tickets.- Restock inventory on builder inlet lanes and supermarkets.- Perform all 5S requirements and complete daily/weekly check sheets.- Perform repetitive motion exercises at proper intervals during the shift.- Record production data for the shift and forward to leader/supervisor.- PPE'S worn at all times while on the manufacturing floor. - Safety glasses with side shields and oil/slip resistance shoes required.- Read/comprehend and follow all safety instructions and procedures.- Report all safety incidents, violations and/or occurrences to your leader and supervisor.- Read/comprehend and perform all quality instructions, procedures and alerts.- Report all quality issues to your leader and supervisor. - Do not proceed unless instructed by supervisor and/or quality personnel. - Associate to be present at workstation at start time of shift.- Read/comprehend and perform all job instructions.- Perform all KDP & Mastering checks and record.Skills:assembly, assembler, assemble, production, machine operation, operating, manufacturing, partsTop Skills Details:Assembly Be able to read and comprehendHigh ProductionAdditional Skills & Qualifications:- Ability to read and comprehend directions to how to build these units.- Work as a team and communicate clearly with supervisors, team leads, and peers- Ability to perform repetitive hand motions/HAND DEXTERITY- Ability to "shut down" and FOCUS at work to assemble unit after unit. - This position is EXTREMELY REPETITIVE. - PUNCTUALITY, GOOD WORK ETHIC, GOOD ATTITUDE, AND HIGH SENSE OF URGENCY. - Comes to work on time each scheduled day- Excellent quality production rates (expectations are mapped out under performance expectations)- Good organization skills- Tool will be provided- Ability to pass physical and hearing test.- Must be able to stand on feet 10+ hours a dayExperience Level:Entry Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
