• looking for a straightforward job to make your own?Well, you're in luck -- Pax is looking for a Breakfast Host/Attendant to join our team in our Baymont hotel in Tallahassee, FL. As our Breakfast Host, you will be responsible for preparing our awesome complimentary breakfast to our guests. This can also include our afternoon reception.If hired, you will be expected to handle the following..Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar to Pax's standards for organization and cleanliness
  • Taking inventory of food, beverages, and required daily supplies
  • Preparing/setting out foods like eggs, sausage, fruits, coffee, juice, cereal and pastries
  • Setting up dishes and serving trays, utensils, and cups
  • Cleaning and clearing tables once vacated
  • Wiping up spills and removing any trash
  • Restocking self-service food and supplies as needed
  • Washing serving equipment and returning it to storage
  • Returning reusable food supplies to storage
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Perform any additional job-related duties as required by supervisorThey say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So if hired, you may be the most important person our guests see all day! Here's what you can expect:
    • Compensation: $13 - 15 (hourly)

      • High School Diploma or Equivalency
      • 1+ year host/restaurant experience is preferred
      • Customer service experience is preferred
