We are seeking an Account Executive who has achieved a solid foundation for their career and is looking for advancement with a progressive PR agency. You must be hardworking, personable, outgoing and organized.

The position entails collaborating in a (hybrid) team environment to represent some of Miami's (and beyond) most recognizable brands in real estate, hospitality and professional services. Think a 500-acre community with Ritz-Carlton residences, a contemporary law firm sans the typical attorney, established hotel monikers like The Edition, and more. We thrive on creativity and business acumen that strikes the ideal balance our clients need to stand out in their respective fields.

Responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategic communications campaigns with senior team
Daily story pitching to journalists, locally and nationally
Securing consistent and quality media placement across various mediums
Engaging in client communications; participating in internal and external strategy sessions
Managing multiple clients, daily communication and tasks
Regularly exercising creativity and innovation, and packaging into dynamic PR programs
Developing press releases, PR documents, pitches and collateral
Engaging in social media strategy, post schedules and campaign development

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of PR agency experience or in respective industries (if you don't have that much experience, don't worry. We will also consider candidates for account coordinator and associate account executive roles)
Fluent in English, speech and writing; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
Bachelor's degree in public relations or a similar communications field
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Collaborative and team-oriented
Detail oriented, creative and possess strong critical thinking skills
