of this position is to maintain facilities CAD documentation and
associated data to support space & occupancy planning
efforts.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManages all CAD
drawings within the client document management system and ensures
relevant CAD drawings are available the client CAFM system.Maintain
up-to-date index of CAD files, specifications, and other related
documents in the client document management systemEnsure all
submitted and edited CAD drawings adhere to client CAD drawing
standards prior to submission acceptance into the document
management system and CAFM system.Assist in maintaining client CAD
drawing standards and processes. Educates all stakeholders in CAD
drawing standards and processes.Performs test-fits in cooperation
with Occupancy Planners and/or Project Management staff.Supports
tactical space reporting activities including measures associated
with sq. ft. , space types, utilization, etc.Other duties as
assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory
responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance
such as technical guidance, and/or training to
coworkers.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an

EXPERIENCEAssociates Degree (AA/AS) required. Minimum of four years
of related experience and/or training.AutoCAD drawing experience is
required.CAFM software experience is preferred.CERTIFICATES and/or
LICENSESProfessional Registration in Architecture or Interior
Design preferred.Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED or
Facilities Management preferred.COMMUNICATION SKILLSAbility to
comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and
memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability
to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients,
co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present
information to an internal department and/or large groups of
employees.REASONING ABILITYAbility to understand and carry out
general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve
problems in standard situations.Requires basic analytical
skills.OTHER SKILLS AND AIBLITIESIntermediate skills with Microsoft
Office Suite products.Proven organizational skills. Ability to

with system furniture design and modular furniture while

health & safety guidelines.*Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully
considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a
candidates education, training, and experience. The salary range
for theQuality Assurance / Quality Control Specialist position is
$80,000 - $90,000. The compensation that is offered to a successful
candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and
