Job Description:
A modern, online people platform is in need of a Remote Vendor
Operations Site Lead.
Must be able to:
Guide the program managers to expand scope of service and deliver
on the KPIs of the existing work
Support team in improving and scaling vendor-specific processes,
tools and infrastructure
Maintain metrics and analysis of vendor performance, and provide
regular reporting on performance
Qualifications for this position include:
A strong operational background and a track-record of making data
driven decisions
The ability to execute on and deliver complex operational projects
involving multiple stakeholders
Experience managing operational third-party vendor and internal
teams across different time zones
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience
