Job Description:

NOVA Engineering & Environmental has an opening for a locally based Special (Threshold) Inspector Authorized Representative for our Panama City Beach, FL office. This will be a great opportunity to stop traveling and work in the local area.Job Responsibilities:The Special (Threshold) Inspector Authorized Representative will perform structural steel reviews, including bolted and welded connections, CMU, cast-in-place concrete, reinforcing steel, post tension cable, precast/prestress members, wood structures and cold-formed metals.Required Qualifications:

• Experience per F.A.C. 61G15-35.004
• 3+ years experience with structural building inspectionsPreferred Qualifications
  • Structural Threshold Inspection experience
