The incumbent will attend to all the daily living needs of residents; assistance with ADL's, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry while encouraging resident independence; ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in accordance with company procedures and standard. Perform various other resident-focused tasks as assigned.Join our team, grow your knowledge and skills, and have the pleasure of providing a wonderful dining experience to our seniors.Availability: Weekends OR Weekday NightsRequirementsEducation/Experience:High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.The Residence at Oak Grove is managed by SRI Management, LLC located in Tallahassee, FL.
