This person will work under the direction of the FastTrackManager and FastTrack Trainer to advance the mission and goals of the CMRTeam.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:? Complete the Fast Track Training Program? Check the availability of Sales Reps within your office.? Generate qualified leads through D2D and adhere to our strict no-knock zones policy? Submit leads using the Sales Rabbit app? Identify potential roof damages. (Ex: broken tile, old gutters, sliding tile, etc.)? Understand and follow company qualifications. (ex: tile & shingle rules, fastening systems, storm dates, and areas of storms)? Comply with corporate policies and procedures, as well as local and state laws and regulations? Report any incident or urgent matters to the FastTrack Manager and Trainer? Attend weekly recruiting calls, training, department, and accountability meetings with the management team? Maintain a professional attitude with coworkers, clients, and others while representing the company? Other responsibilities as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:? Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing? Professional presentation is both interactions with the public and appearance? Strong technology skills? Ability to work independently? Effective at time managementPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:? Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time?
