Customer Engagement Specialists act as the primary point of contact
with consumers and are the key to building relationships through
the timely resolution of issues through a variety of channels
including phone, email, chat, eCommerce and responding to Social
Media posts. - As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you

-Your ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement Specialists are required
to use excellent decision making and innovation to resolve issues
and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and
departmental guidelines. - The position is responsible for
resolving high level consumers issues in a fast-paced environment.

Resolve complex consumer issues and
advise first level representatives on high level issues involving
agronomics, products and proceduresResponsible for the negotiation,
timely follow up, quality assurance and personal attention -to all
concerns brought to their attention so as to ensure consumer
satisfactionMust possess the ability to quickly assess situations
and take appropriate action according to brand and company
guidelinesProfessionally represent the consumer services team with
brand partners to drive change through the voice of our
consumersAccurately document and report on consumer
interactionsEngage in consumer communication through calls, live
chat or email to answer questions, solve problems and
troubleshootAssist consumers in eCommerce transaction and

High School Diploma or equivalent2+
years' experience in a consumer facing role preferred18 years of
age or olderExperience with utilizing multiple tools and emerging
technologyGoogle Suite Experience preferredCall center, voice, chat
and email communication experience preferredeCommerce
experienceTyping 25 WPMBe proficient in PC operation and
navigationAble to work independentlyHave excellent communications
skills, both oral and writtenAbility to work in a constantly
changing and fast paced environmentAbility to stay composed and
objectiveStrong listening skillsSuperior analytical and
troubleshooting skillsStrong technical aptitude for new
technologiesAbility to work cross functionally within the
