Summary and Qualifications Position Summary Provides administrative
support.
Major Responsibilities: Note: The
following is a list of the essential functions of the job. *
Responsible for the office filing system, procedure manuals, and
other information sources. * Types memos, letters, and reports. *
Maintains a master calendar of appointments, meetings and other
important dates. Arranges meetings and takes minutes. * Responsible
for receiving visitors and prompt, courteous phone answering,
appropriate routing of calls and proper documentation of phone
messages. * Prepares and maintains program policies and procedures.
* Prepares and maintains various regulatory documents and files. *
Maintains all files of correspondence and related materials for the
department. * Assists others with responsibilities and adjusts work
schedule to meet department needs. * Communicates and interacts
with others in a professional, responsible, cooperative and
positive manner at all time. * Organizes and maintains office
supplies and materials. * Assists in the orientation of new
personnel. * Follows through with assignments and informs
supervisor if unable to complete task. * Performs other related
functions as assigned.
What qualifications you will need: Education & Experience: * High
School Graduate/GED Required Or equivalent combination of education
and/or experience
Licenses, Certifications, & Training: * None Required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities,
Behaviors: * Strong communication skills with the ability to read
and write basic English skills. Ability to listen, empathize and
respond to patient, family, internal and external partner needs.
Self-starter, work independently, organize work, exercise
discretion and good judgement, ability to multi-task and basic
