Job Description:
Acentria Insurance, a Foundation Risk Partners company, is
looking for an Personal Lines Account CoordinatorThe Account
Coordinator is responsible for daily servicing of clients including
new and renewal business processing while maintaining exceptional
customer relations with clients. This includes regularly
interacting with new and existing clients as needed. The Account
Coordinator I is also responsible for devising creative solutions
to meet client needs as to insurance coverage. This position
reviews processed policies as needed, services clients in a timely
manner, and performs such other duties as are required to
establish, service and maintain accounts.Essential
Functions:Participates in marketing meetings and attends carrier
meetingsMaintains open items checklists/timelinesPrepares
certificates of insuranceResponsible for major project
deadlinesRegularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on
accountsInterviews clientsCollects and analyzes information
regarding the client and assisting in product
determinationsRequirements:Office experience with strong customer
service skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent4-40 preferred but
not required
