Finance Project Accountant - REMOTE!!!!

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with the largest medical communications organization in the world. They are looking to immediately add a Finance Project Accountant to their team and will move quickly for the right candidate.

The Finance Project Accountant directly supports the operational management of the Company and plays a pivotal role on the Finance Team.

Overview of the Finance Project Accountant role:

Perform cost tracking and financial reporting for a portfolio of assigned projects

Ensure project costs are booked and revenue recognized based on project percentage of completion

Record intercompany transactions as necessary

Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures

Liaise with various company stakeholders (project managers, client services, creative team, etc) to ensure project profitability and billable productivity

Communicate any events/activities that may impact the financial health of individual projects to management

Various ad hoc projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications for the Finance Project Accountant:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

2+ years of related experience

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, knowledge of IFRS a plus

Able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
