Job Description:

Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Tampa, FL (Day one Onsite)

Position: Fulltime

Must Have - SQL queries, Java, C, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting

Job Purpose:

Resource will responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology/Testing team.

The overall objective of this role is to contribute through all phases of application SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will include analysis, design, development & deployment for Agency Lending application for new/enhancement work.

Manage the development projects and ensure that the projects are delivered on time with superior quality.

Ability to perform code reviews, test case reviews and deployment reviews with parameters such as performance, scalability, reusability, adherence to requirements/functionality as key criteria.

Prioritize and validate potentially complex information from multiple sources and applies skills and knowledge of the business to develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs.

Work proactively & independently to address support requirements and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address risks.

Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during defect resolution/application enhancement

Knowledge/Experience:

Experience in all phases of development lifecycle including architecture, deployment and maintenance.

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data).

Relationship management skills - ability to develop and sustain positive partnerships and be a team player.

A strong commitment to quality and efficiency.

A background in Core Banking Agency Lending would be preferable.

Skills Required

Bachelor s degree in Technology with 5 to 8 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Programming, Database PL/SQL and Shell Scripting

Strong project management skills with ability to drive & deliver projects with dev team sitting across multiple locations.

Experience in L3 Support

Exposure to Gupta SQL Team Developer is desirable

Proficient in shell scripting and PL/SQL

Proficient in MS SQL is preferred

Experience in any of the programming language (C / Java ) is preferred.

Scheduling tools like Autosys

Connectivity protocols Knowledge of NDM, MQ, JMS, and SFTP.

Well versed with testing.

Knowledge on cloud environment is desirable.
