Student Position (OPS Clerk) for the Office of the Chancellor
(5113)
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Office support duties including, but not limited to: draft emails
as instructed, schedule meetings and conference calls, organizing
and archiving files;
* Routinely enter mail into a correspondence tracking system;
* Monitor the incoming Chancellor web email and forward or respond
to emails as directed;
* Assist with brand management, including, designing and formatting
documents and artwork in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Illustrator and Microsoft Publisher;
* Providing coverage for front area reception which includes
answering main incoming phone line for the office, directing calls
to the appropriate area, escorting and greeting visitors;
* Providing office clerical support to staff as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Full time student;
* GPA minimum 3.0;
* Available to work average of 20 hours during work week (Office
hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm);
* Required experience using Microsoft Office to include Excel,
Access, Word, Publisher, and Outlook; and Adobe software including
InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior office, clerical experience
