• Training class begins Monday, January 9th 2022
• Shift will be between 7am - 7pm, Monday - Friday Our client is a leading Dental Administration and Services company, providing support to several state dental Medicaid and chip programs. The candidates should: Possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Provide prompt, courteous, professional and accurate information to members and providers via telephone Must be able to handle call volume and be a team player Respond to inquiries regarding eligibility and benefits in a timely and accurate manner Must be able to maintain professionalism Qualifications: Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent required Must have 1 year of previous customer service experience Use of computer and office equipment Ability to interpret and apply guidelines, policies and regulations Ability to obtain and utilize sensitive information discreetly and objectively Ability to communicate effectively with others Individuals must have access to Personal Computer or Laptop, not Chromebook or Microsoft Surface.
