advertisementYour Specific Responsibilities:This is a highly
responsible and independent position assisting the Senior Network
Systems Analyst (SNSA) in data processing technical work
installing, implementing, maintaining and supporting multiple
distributed computer systems for use by end-users including the
hardware, software and communications components of distributed
systems. Consults with users and assists the SNSA in conducting
information assessments to define user needs and systems
requirements. He/She is responsible for the integrity and
confidentiality of data sets under his/her control.Installs and
implements distributed computer systems hardware, software and
communications components including enhancements and upgrades.Has
knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
Cloud.Analyzes and resolves hardware, software and communications
problems using diagnostic software and/or technical trouble
shooting processes.Monitors the use of software and hardware
throughout the network and provides for the on-going identification
and resolution of user needs. Assists the SNSA in the design and
configuration of a distributed computer systems environment with
appropriate hardware, operating systems software, application
software and communications components to solve business/office
problems for the local are networks. Assists the SNSA in
establishing methods and procedures for use of the distributed
computer systems including hardware, software, communications and
user training.Conducts on-site system reviews to evaluate user
compliance to system standards and procedures.Assists the SNSA in
the development and coordination of a distributed processing plan
(short and long term) for the local area networks.Other duties as
assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Extensive
computer knowledge to include installing, analyzing, deploying,
staging and troubleshooting. Excellent customer service skills
including networking and computer support. Any Information
