Tucker Civic Center Parking Lots for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection and safeguarding of Guests and Employees and their vehicles. This position is committed to providing a positive first impression with World Class Service. The position requires physical activity including standing, walking, and climbing stairs.Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests' and employees' parking lotsProvide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class ServiceMonitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehiclesProvide guests with directions and other venue informationDirect guests and employees to available parking spacesAbility to maximize amount of vehicles per lotRespond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional mannerCash Handling-collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cashMaintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shiftsPrior parking experience strongly preferredCustomer Service and Cash Handling abilities are a mustMust be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contactAbility to multi-taskMust have reliable transportationThe ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekendsThe physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distancesAbility to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditionsExcellent communication skillsAbility to lift a maximum of 25 pounds with or withoutAbility to visually observe close, distance, peripheral with or withoutWe are committed to ensuring all our buildings and office locations are the safest in the world for artists, teams, employees, and fans.
