Over the next 1-3 years you will be an impactful contributor, who will drive the design and development of integration solutions related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity, within these major projects:

  ERP - We are currently on JDE World. We have plans to migrate to a new ERP or JDE Enterprise.
  
  
• 
  CRM - Evolve the implementation that we currently have on Dynamics. Build out Power Apps to assist with Sales process
  
  
• 
  Customer Service - Implement a cloud based Customer Service solution
  
  
• 
  Data Analytics - Build out data lake and data analytics platform in the cloud
  
  
• 
  ecommerce platform - Continue to grow the digital business on the CommerceTools platform.
  
  
• 
  Oracle Financial Services (OFS) - Implement new financial services solutions on OFS
  
  
  What you will do:
  Here is what you can expect, but not limited to how you can make an impact -
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Design and implement software features thinking upfront in terms of efficiency, scalability, and stability.
    
    
  • 
    Lead engineers, providing guidance, feedback, code reviews, and technical mentorship.
    
    
  • 
    Lead design reviews with peers and partners to present/decide among available technologies or solutions.
    
    
  • 
    Architect and lead building of scalable, cloud native applications on Azure or similar cloud platform leveraging serverless compute functions and API gateways.
    
    
  • 
    Design integrations to connect multiple enterprise systems and applications across the projects noted above.
    
    
  • 
    Assist with migrating legacy applications to modern architectures.
    
    
  • 
    Triage production issues: debugging/tracking and resolving them by analyzing the source of the problem.
    
    
  • 
    Identify areas of improvement in our application ecosystem and patterns of repeated problems.
    
    
  • 
    Collaborate in a constructive manner with team members and cross-functional business partners, including providing guidance to junior team member
    
    
  • 
    An experienced professional with 7+ years in software development, with technical expertise that algins with the projects ahead, including Azure or GCP, containerization, modeling, and application security mechanisms.
    
    
  • 
    Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and presentation skills
    
    
  • 
    Experience designing, developing, testing and implementing mid-size to large scale business applications on different cloud platforms (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS)
    
    
  • 
    Experience with deployment and release management processes
    
    
  • 
    Experience with Java, JVM internals, and RESTful APIs
    
    
  • 
    Experience within a fast-paced software application delivery and product launch environment
    
    
  • 
    Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
