Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Bilingual Wellness Services
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness
incentive programs
Register members to wellness programs, administer health
assessments, and conduct retention campaigns
Assist members with navigating wellness portals and ordering
catalog items
Required Qualifications:
At least one year of customer service experience in a call center
environment
Flexibility to work with different software programs and
interfaces
Ability to meet productivity requirements in a remote home office
setting
Ability to type at least 65 WPM
Bilingual in English/Spanish
