Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Flow Specialist to enhance and
manage processes that support patients' treatment and plan of
care.
Key responsibilities:
Organizes and prioritizes referrals to promote member safety and
meet member needs within the continuum of care
Collaborates with clinical teams to prioritize patient referrals
based on clinical assessments
Provides exceptional customer service with all customer groups
including providers, therapists, administrators, colleagues, and
other stakeholders
Required qualifications:
Customer-facing experience in a health-care setting or fast-paced
startup
Healthcare experience, preferably in a mental health or behavioral
health setting, or customer service
Ability to take initiative and thrive in a semi-structured and
dynamic work environment
BA/BS degree (preferred)
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
